Course Highlights: 3 Days Slow, 5 Days Still, 7 Days Relaxed
This is not empty talk—it’s a “timeline of transformation” that you can see, learn, and truly feel.
Day 3 – Slow: A clear beginning.
Wudang Taiji embodies the wisdom of slowness—in slow steps, slow speech, slow breathing, slow thinking, and a slow way of life.
“Slow is the Way, slow is kindness, slow is you and me.”
Day 5 – Still: The growth of wisdom.
When body and mind settle through slowness, stillness naturally arises. True stillness means the chaos of the outside world cannot disturb your inner order. Scattered energy begins to gather, inner awareness awakens, and wisdom grows naturally in this quietude.
“Calm the mind, calm the spirit, calm everything without effort.”
Day 7 – Relaxed (Song): The result of integration.
Relaxation does not mean slackness. On the foundation of upright, comfortable posture, it gradually dissolves tension and stiffness in the body, allowing bones, joints, and muscles to regain natural elasticity and coordination.
Relaxation is the prerequisite for smooth qi and blood flow, and the bridge to connected internal force. Only when the body is fully relaxed can the qi settle and the strength align. Relaxed but not loose, steady as a rock; relaxed but not careless, containing power within softness.
