Multiple intangible cultural heritage vocal performances—including Danxian(monochord narrative singing), Jingyun Dagu(Beijing-rhythmed drum song), Beijing Qinshu(Beijing zither narrative), Meihua Dagu(plum blossom drum song), Henan Zhuizi(Henan pendant drum), Xihe Dagu(West River drum song), and Jingdong Dagu(East Beijing drum song)—take the stage in rotation. Additionally, artists from the folk-performance world are invited from time to time to appear as guest performers in the drum-song residency program.
