📋 How to Rent
1️⃣ Send Your Needs
Message us your location, dates, budget, and number of guests.
We will send photos & videos to your email.
2️⃣ Reserve Your Apartment
Confirm your dates and pay a $35 deposit (includes Airport Pick-up ）to reserve.
3️⃣ Check-in
Arrive, sign the contract, Pay Monthly Rent and move in immediately.
4️⃣ Police Registration
Required by Chinese law. Bring your passport & visa.
Our staff will assist you with registration.
