๐ How to Rent Entire Apartment
1๏ธโฃ Send Your Needs
Message us your destination, dates, budget, and number of guests.
We will send apartment photos & videos to your email for you to choose from, until you are completely satisfied.
2๏ธโฃ Reserve Your Apartment
Once you have selected your preferred room, please pay a deposit of $30 (non-refundable). We will hold the room for you within the agreed reservation period.
Please book at least one week in advance.
3๏ธโฃ Check-in
On the day of your check-in, you can first view the apartment. If you're satisfied, you may sign the lease agreement with the landlord.(our dedicated staff will assist you throughout the process via a video call) . Please bring a valid ID to complete the signing. Once done, you can move in immediately.
Whole apartment rentals start at $150 per month, with prices varying(based on room size/location/conditions).
4๏ธโฃ Accommodation Registration
Required by Chinese law. Please go to the nearest police station to register your accommodation with your ID, or we can assist you in applying online
